Brittany Kaewell is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to building therapeutic relationships with individuals seeking mental health support. Drawing from her unique background, she takes a comprehensive approach to treatment, focusing on the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—to foster lasting mental wellness.

With over 10 years of operations experience in the banking and commercial finance industry, Christie holds a bachelors in mass communication from the University of Delaware that assists in personable interactions with our patients as well as a professional touch to administrative work in order to maintain a smooth experience at Flourish. She is currently pursuing a nursing degree part time and is eager to gain more knowledge about the human body, mind and mental health.

With extensive training as a marriage and family therapist, Jenny’s expertise lies in aiding individuals, couples, and families in crisis (including teens) navigate life’s challenges. She has a specialization in sex therapy and brings this to the therapy room when needed for couples. Having acted as the lead clinician for both adolescent psychiatric care at the inpatient and partial hospitalization levels, Jenny brings her robust experience to the couch.

Kristin serves as an Administrative Assistant at Flourish Psychiatry and Wellness, bringing a strong background in customer service, organization, and experience design. She has worked across a variety of industries, including healthcare-adjacent fields, and is passionate about creating positive experiences for patients and providers alike. With a long-standing interest in wellness and psychology—enhanced by her yoga teaching certification—Kristin enjoys supporting the practice’s mission of holistic care. Outside of work, she loves hiking, biking, camping, and exploring new places through travel.

Dr. Koch is a board-certified physician with extensive experience in women’s health. As a dedicated collaborator with Flourish Psychiatry & Wellness, Dr. Koch provides expert medical oversight upon request to nurse practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. With a compassionate approach and a strong commitment to evidence-based practices, Dr. Koch advocates for both Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to practice at the top of their licensure in providing collaborative quality care for patients. Her expertise plays a vital role in supporting our team to deliver comprehensive, quality healthcare services.
